Please do not book a massage therapy/reflexology session when you have any of these conditions:
- Fever
- Pregnancy in the 1st Trimester (up to 13 weeks duration)
- Contagious diseases, including any cold or flu, no matter how mild it may seem
- Under the influence of drugs or alcohol-including prescription pain medications
- Recent operations or acute injuries
- Neuritis
- Skin diseases/cuts/abrasions
- Verrucas/Warts
If you suffer from any of the following conditions, you need to seek medical approval from your GP before the chosen therapy treatment can take place.
- Cellulitis
- Imminent Medical Tests
- Thrombosis/DVT Phlebitis
- Hypertension
- Heart condition/Angina/Pacemakers
- Aneurysm
- Oedema
- Psoriasis or eczema
- Osteoporosis
- Active inflammation including arthritis
- Severe Undiagnosed Headaches
- Any condition already being treated by a medical practitioner
- Undiagnosed Illness/lumps and bumps
- Nervous or psychotic conditions
- Suffered stroke
- Gangrene
- Varicose Veins
- High Blood Pressure
- Low Blood Pressure
- HIV/AIDS
- Hepatitis
- Cancer
- Epilepsy
- Diabetes
- Bell’s palsy, trapped or pinched nerves
- Gynecological infections
- Thyroid Disorders
Should you be unable to have your appointment, please ensure to cancel your treatment at least 24 hrs in advance, otherwise your booking fee will be non-refundable. This also applies to your non-declaration of any of the above conditions.
